Membership is $55 per week, automatically charged to your saved payment method.
Because it’s a payment plan, your first treatment can be redeemed once 4 weeks of payments have accrued ($220 credit).
The membership runs for 12 months.
After that, it continues month-to-month unless you choose to cancel.
You can cancel after the first 3 months with 4 weeks’ notice.
The process is simple and done in-salon.
Please note: payments already made can’t be refunded unless required by law.
Yes — if you sign up online or outside the salon, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund, provided no services have been used.
Payments are processed weekly using your saved card through our booking system.
If a payment fails, your benefits may pause until the payment issue is fixed.
We recommend keeping your card details up to date.
Because the membership works as a payment plan, you’ll need to be 4 weeks ahead in payments before redeeming your first treatment.
Ongoing benefits can only be used when your monthly credit is up to date.
Credits are meant to be used within 4 weeks.
If you fall behind, your membership may be temporarily frozen until all credits are redeemed.
Unused or expired services cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Yes — each member can pause their membership once per year for 1 month with 4 weeks’ notice in writing.
Benefits can’t be used while your membership is paused.
All bookings are subject to availability.
We require 24+ hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late changes or no-shows may result in forfeiting a service or fee.
No — memberships are non-transferable and for individual clients only.
Any updates to pricing or terms will be communicated with at least 4 weeks’ notice.
If you don’t accept the new terms, you may cancel before they begin.
