Whether you’re dealing with breakouts, blackheads or oily skin – don’t worry, you’re not alone. A little knowledge and the right routine can make a big difference!
Your At-Home Skincare Routine
Stick to these simple steps morning and night:
1. Cleanse (AM + PM)
Use a gentle, sulfate-free cleanser to remove oil, dirt, and bacteria.< Always cleanse twice! The first cleanse removes dirt, the second one actually cleans your skin. Gently massage your cleanser with water over your face then rinse well.
2. Exfoliate (2–3 times a week)
Exfoliating can make or break acne prone skin so it’s important to find a product that suits your individual needs. Generally exfoliating will help to remove dead skin cells and prevent blocked pores. However if you have inflamed, active breakouts we recommend using AHA’s or a leave on exfoliant to avoid taking the tops off pimples. It’s best to get some professional advice for this one!
3. Moisturise (AM + PM)
Yes, even oily or breakout-prone skin needs hydration! Choose a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturiser to balance the pH of your skin.
4. SPF (Every morning!)
Sun protection is non-negotiable – even on cloudy days. It keeps your skin healthy and prevents unwanted pigmentation caused by breakouts.
