Spray tanning uses a fine mist of tanning solution containing DHA (dihydroxyacetone), a colourless sugar that reacts with the amino acids in the top layer of your skin. This reaction naturally darkens the skin, creating a sun-kissed glow without UV exposure.

Your tan will usually last 5 to 7 days, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow your aftercare. Proper prep and moisturising daily will help extend the life of your glow.

• Exfoliate your skin 24 hours before your appointment
• Avoid applying moisturiser, deodorant, perfume, or makeup on the day of your tan
• Shave or wax at least 24 hours before
• Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment

• Wait the recommended time before showering (typically 2–4 hours, depending on the solution)
• Avoid sweating, swimming, or getting wet during this time
• After the recommended time frame have a fresh water rinse to remove the tanning solution (no body wash or moisturiser should be used)
• Moisturise daily to maintain an even fade
