Yes! One of the beautiful things about LED is that it’s safe and effective for all skin types and tones. It’s especially helpful for sensitive, reactive or compromised skin that might not tolerate more active treatments.
You will notice a visible change in your skin after your first treatment, most clients say their skin looks glowy for about a week after their LED. If we’re targeting deeper skin concerns (like acne, ageing or redness) we usually recommend a course of 6 - 10, spaced weekly or twice weekly depending on your goals and schedule.
