We take a deposit for all online bookings to avoid no shows. Regular client: 30% New client: 50%, Naughty client: 100% (if they’ve not shown 3 times or more).
These fees are deducted from the cost of your treatment and can also be refunded if you prefer to use a different payment method in store.
You can now use your gift voucher to pay your deposit online!
