We take a deposit for all online bookings to avoid no shows. Regular client: 30% New client: 50%, Naughty client: 100% (if they’ve not shown 3 times or more).

Meet Beck, our owner and senior skin therapist. With 20 years of experience my passion lies in giving clients high quality, results driven services within a beautiful relaxing environment. After years of doing beauty I still love the immediate result clients see after receiving a treatment, whether it’s a facial, tinting or tanning every client leaves the salon looking and feeling better than when they walked in. I find that so satisfying! I’m a people person by nature and I love a good chat, connecting and laughing with my clients brings me so much joy.
What inspired you to become a therapist?
I had my own skin struggles as a teenager. I felt very self conscious of my breakouts and it inspired me to learn how to manage my own skin as well as helping others.
What do you love most about working in skin and beauty?
Connecting with my clients, having a laugh together and helping them to achieve their skin and self care goals.
What does self-care look like for you?
I love reading, having a warm bath and swimming in the ocean. I also enjoy being active and keeping fit when I can!

Meet Gail, our Salon Coordinator – problem solver, organiser extraordinaire and the calm, capable presence who ensures every day runs like clockwork.
With over 20 years of experience in the Hair & Beauty Industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, can-do attitude to everything I do.
I’m here to help you with your appointments, support our amazing team, and make sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients stay consistent with their treatments – because I know just how important regular visits are when it comes to achieving your glowing skin goals!
What inspired you to become a Salon Coordinator?
I became a front of house/ salon coordinator after many years in the hair and beauty industry, I found my customer service and organisation skills were well suited to this role. I enjoy being in the salon environment from a different perspective.
What do you love most about working in skin and beauty?
I love being in an empowering female driven industry & watching our clients receive amazing results with their skin treatments and homecare.

Meet Emily, our ray of sun and senior skin therapist. I have been a part of the BNY team for 8 years now and have extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of skin and beauty! I have been in the beauty industry for over a decade and have developed and refined my skills with advanced skin qualifications and extensive training over this time.
I have a deep passion for skin as well as brow transformations. I love helping my clients achieve their skin and beauty goals as well as indulging in self care and relaxation. I am so proud of our beautiful clientele and all the wonderful relationships I have had the opportunity to build. The relationships with my clients are truly my favourite part of this industry!
What inspired you to become a therapist?
I always struggled with my skin as a teenager, my mum took me to an amazing therapist who had so much knowledge and really helped clear my skin. This experience inspired me to want to do the same for others!

Getting to spend time with my beautiful clients! I’ve been looking after a lot of my clients for many years now and now they feel like friends!

Experienced in both a holistic spa and dermal focused salon, I have a blended approach to facials – treating my clients skin with integrity while ensuring I am targeting their concerns with the most effective protocol for that individual.
I take my clients lifestyle, values and goals into consideration to ensure I provide them the most effective and personalised results in treatment as well as at home treatment plans. With a background and experience as a day spa therapist, I also love to bring a touch of relaxation to all of my treatments.
What inspired you to become a therapist?
I wanted a career where I could have a positive impact on the people around me and provide solutions for people struggling with skin concerns – specifically acne and barrier impairment.
